Acceptance of Terms
By using the Qansah website or app, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the service.
Nature of the Service
Qansah is an intermediary that collects discount codes, offers, and cashback from stores and affiliate marketing networks, and its team tries some of the codes by hand. Offers belong to the stores, which determine their terms and may modify or discontinue them at any time without prior notice.
Information Accuracy
We try some codes by hand and move ended ones to the ended codes, but we do not guarantee that any code is valid at the moment you use it. The final price and actual discount shown on the store checkout page are the only reference.
Cashback
Cashback tracking depends on affiliate networks: complete your purchase in the same session in which you activated the offer, without an ad blocker and without opening tracking links from other websites before completing the order. Cashback is confirmed after the store’s return period ends, and is cancelled for returned or cancelled orders.
Use of the Service
You may not use the website in a way that harms it or others, including automated content scraping, commercially republishing codes without permission, attempting to manipulate cashback, or any use that violates applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
Qansah’s design and editorial content belong to us. Store names and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely for identifying the offers.
Limitation of Liability
Qansah is not a party to the purchase between you and the store. Orders, shipping, returns, and warranties are the store’s responsibility. Our responsibility is limited to presenting information honestly and verifying it through reasonable efforts.
Changes and Governing Law
We may modify these terms from time to time and publish the updated version here. These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
